Job Description:
Online Sales Representative need a combination of technical and marketing skills, including familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and data analysis. They should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and web design skills. This is a new position for our company and the goal is to grow the Online Sales Representative to a management position which will have a team of associates to manage.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, such as promotions, discounts and campaigns
- Manage online sales channels like websites, mobile apps, and online marketplaces
- Manage prices, pictures, descriptions, stock levels on websites and marketplaces
- Manage the company's website, including content and user-friendliness
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and purchasing decisions to inform sales strategies
- Monitor competitor pricing and activities
- Ensure compliance with online sales regulations
- Conduct research online and evaluate new opportunities
- Convert leads into customers and work with customers to secure purchase
- Analyze performance data
- Hit sales quotas
Requirements:
- Computer proficiency is critical
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formula creation, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
- Advanced knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay etc..
- Knowledge of HTML
- Customer Service Focused

- Product Knowledge: Need to learn and have a strong understanding of the products they are selling
